Season 3 of Mirchi’s and TimesJobs hiring focussed CSR campaign ‘Baat Baat Pe Jobs’ was launched nationally paying attention to key cities like Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. It was in 2019 December, for the first time when TimesJobs and Mirchi collaborated for the recruitment focused CSR campaign called ‘ReadySteadyJobs’.
The season 2 of the same was launched in July 2020 to bring hope to job seekers amid the Covid-19 crisis. Mirchi Delhi RJs Rochie, Naved, Vidit, Sayema, and Leen were the campaign’s torchbearers as they spoke to job seekers, recruiters, and hiring managers show after show and ensured that the word reached every job seeker.
In season 3, the amount of recruiters has grown to 202, comprising 38 companies and 164 hiring consultants. The names of some top companies include WhiteHat Jr, OPPO, Berger, Mastercard, BMC Software, Capgemini among others. Mirchi RJs from radio stations of Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Bengaluru are anchoring this campaign which they’re guiding the task seekers on to find jobs through this campaign, and also they will help the aspirants to become job-ready.
The campaign is of course a great motivation for the professionals who are in dilemma about the procurement of their dream jobs. Commenting on the campaign, Sudipta Suri, national marketing head, Radio Mirchi, told that the campaign is being spearheaded by their RJs who were utilizing not only radio but also social media extensively to spread the word about the hirings done by several companies.
